Before your pup’s first stay, we invite you both over for a complimentary Meet and Greet. This is a relaxed, 20–30 minute session designed to ensure everyone—human and canine—feels 100% comfortable.

During this visit, we will:

• Tour the Space: Let your dog sniff around their home-away-from-home.

• Talk Routine: Discuss feeding schedules, favorite toys, and any "quirks" your dog has.

• Safety Check: Observe how your pup interacts with our environment and (if applicable) our resident dogs.

• Q&A: Answer any questions you have about our safety protocols or daily activities.
